If you do not use an @gmail.com email address for your Tax-Aide portal account you MUST have a Google (@gmail.com) account associated with your portal email or you will not be able to be included in email distribution lists and allowed access when data access is restricted. Follow these instructions to associate a Google account to your portal account.
